Founded Pinexcel to combine operational experience with modern software, building Maintegrate, the maintenance management web app, and a suite of planning and scheduling Excel templates used by maintenance teams.

Maintenance & reliability leadership — Heidelberg Materials
At Ladik Cement (Turkey) as Maintenance Planning Chief, rolled out the Group's Maintenance Improvement Project (top compliance score of 72%); then as Head of Maintenance Control Centre in Tanzania, cut annual maintenance costs from $17M to $9M in four years; then at Padeswood (UK) achieved a 76% audit score before joining the UK Central Team supporting all three UK cement plants and REGEN.
